a) NameWP1: Management
b) Short description / objectivesWP1 identifies the tasks related to the general coordination and administration of the project. The Management Team, consisting of the Project Coordinator, Project Manager and Scientific Project Assistant, will provide efficient project management to guarantee: (1) agreed communication procedures and document distribution, based on well-defined templates, (2) time and resource control, (3) the coordination of project activities in order to realise all project milestones, objectives, and deliverables in a timely manner, (4) timely and accurate progress reporting to the EU, and (5) the organisation of all project meetings. At the start of the project, the Management Team will develop a Project Handbook, defining all the above mentioned issues and including, among other things, a detailed work plan, guidelines for reporting, contact details, and guidelines for writing deliverables.
